Return Policy

1. Right of Return
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. This right of return does not apply to custom-made or personalized furniture. Dropshipping products may have different return policies as dictated by the supplier, and these will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

2. Return Process
If you wish to return a product, please contact us via email to receive return instructions. Handcrafted items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. For dropshipping products, returns must comply with the supplier’s return policies, and the customer is responsible for following the supplier’s return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

3. Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will refund the payment using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as possible, usually within 14 days. For dropshipping products, refunds will be processed according to the supplier's policies, and any delays will be communicated to the customer.

4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days to receive instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or refund. For handcrafted items, minor tool marks and natural variations in wood texture and color are not defects but part of the product's nature. For dropshipping products, any defects will be handled in accordance with the supplier’s policies, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
